In June 2001, Christie, Mark and I drove from Denver to Portland, on a road trip that took us through some of the area covered on this 2014 trip. From that trip, I have remembered sculptures of three Indians at an intersection on the prairie. The metal parts seemed to have originated as automobile parts. In my mind, they have always been majestic and I regretted that they seemed too far out of our way this year. These are less dramatic than my memory of those. They are still intriguing. It seems they may be near the borders of the Blackfoot Indian Reservation.
